1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") set out the legal agreement applicable between the jedbuj platform and its users ("you" or "member"). jedbuj is an online gaming and betting platform that provides live casino, sports betting, slots, and other gaming services for players in Bangladesh.

These terms may be changed or updated at any time. The date of the most recent update will always be shown at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly. Continued access to the platform will be understood as your acceptance of the updated terms.

4. Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. Please notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account.

• Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited.
• Simultaneous login from multiple devices using the same login credentials may be prohibited.
• Attempting to access another person's account will be treated as a serious offense.
• Regularly changing your password and using a strong password is strongly recommended.

jedbuj will not be held responsible for any security-related losses to the account if the user has disclosed their own credentials.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on the jedbuj platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• The deposit account must be registered in your own name.
• Depositing from a third-party account is prohibited.
• jedbuj reserves the right to verify any deposit request and reject suspicious transactions.

5.2 Withdrawals

The following terms apply for withdrawing funds from your account:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing may take between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals above a certain limit may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Attempting to withdraw without clearing the wagering requirements related to a bonus may result in the bonus being cancelled.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jedbuj offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which apply alongside these general rules.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳22,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.

• Bonus turnover requirement: 20x (you must wager 20 times the bonus amount).
• Completing the turnover before making a withdrawal after receiving the bonus is mandatory.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per member.
• In the event of a breach of bonus terms, the bonus and associated winnings may be cancelled.

6.2 General Bonus Policy

• Attempting to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts or devices is strictly prohibited.
• In cases of suspected bonus abuse, jedbuj reserves the right to investigate and place the bonus on hold.
• Promotion terms may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the turnover has been completed.

7. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to betting and gaming on the jedbuj platform:

• Each game and betting event has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface.
• Bets placed due to a technical error may be considered void.
• If any evidence of fixing, corruption, or manipulation is found, the relevant bet will be cancelled.
• In sports betting, results are determined based on recognized sources.
• Changing or cancelling a bet after it has been placed is generally not possible.
• jedbuj reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any market.

7.1 Cricket Betting

Betting is available for all cricket events including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and ICC tournaments. Betting is also available for Bangladesh Tigers matches. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, suspended bets will be refunded, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jedbuj platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Placing artificial bets with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Using software bots, automation tools, or hacking methods.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Playing games or managing an account on behalf of a minor.
• Selling or transferring your account to a third party.

9. Platform Usage

The jedbuj platform is designed for users in Bangladesh. Please keep the following in mind when using the platform:

9.3 Third-Party Game Providers

12.1 Complaint Process

• Complaints must be filed as soon as possible from the date of the incident — within a maximum of 30 days.

• jedbuj will retain relevant information during the course of the investigation.
• The decision will be considered final and binding.

12.2 Limitation of Liability

jedbuj will not be directly liable for losses caused by technical errors, internet outages, third-party service failures, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Under no circumstances will jedbuj's liability exceed the amount deposited in that specific transaction.

13. Changes and Amendments to Terms

jedbuj reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through a notice on the platform.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If any clause of the terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to be in effect.
• Failure by jedbuj to enforce any clause will not be considered a waiver of that clause.
